These Terms of Service govern your use of the website operated by First Merchant Card Services LLC, doing business as First MCS Payment Solutions (“First MCS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and your participation in our SMS messaging program.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to our SMS messaging program. By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive text messages, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that the mobile number you provide is your own.

SMS Messaging Program

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from First MCS Payment Solutions. The program sends both informational and transactional messages (quote and consultation follow-ups, account and merchant onboarding updates, appointment confirmations and reminders, support responses to inbound inquiries, and service notifications) and promotional and marketing messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on account activity and typically does not exceed 4–6 messages per month.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt back in by replying START.

Consent

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Privacy Policy
